I enjoy seeing the photos and videos on how an eagle focuses, acts, and achieves success in catching its prey, even though I have full sympathy for each innocent prey. It’s really amazing to see the perfection in the advancement, determination, intelligence, power, courage, and style, making Eagle – The Role Model, for so many people.
Eagle flies higher than the Other:

The level of height, it crosses, is beyond comparison. Its interest and liking to fly at a higher level are inspiring. Its ability to prove its mettle is praiseworthy. Because of those leadership qualities, many people consider Eagle – the Role Model.
Eagle flies alone or flies only with another eagle:
The eagle has a very high level of self-esteem or confidence in its own ability to fly as high as it can go to cross as difficult terrain as it needs to cross or to catch as difficult prey as it needs to catch. It does not mean that an eagle loves solidarity. It enjoys time with its partner and the eaglets. But, while flying high, it does not keep a dependency on any other.
An eagle is self-sufficient, on its own merit. If will mingle only with another eagle, as no other bird can be so confident, so determined, so ambitious, so skilled to fly so high, as an eagle.
Eagle takes only the fresh and active stuff:

The eagle catches only the live items and does not go for any dead stuff. It likes dynamism and enjoys doing struggle every time it catches the fast-moving targets.
Eagle takes the Storm as an Opportunity to fly higher:

During the storm, it is challenging to fly higher, in the sky. So, the other birds take shelter at the safer places. But, the eagle takes the storm as an opportunity to go higher. It relaxes with the storm.
A storm that is risky or dangerous for the other birds helps an eagle to fly higher and relax. The ability & specialty to take up the challenges in the most positive way has made the eagle the Role model for so many people.
The ever-retained dynamism helps Eagle to remain stronger, always:

The eagle remains in the dynamic mode. It would either fly high or would come down fast from a big height, to catch a running prey.
That way, good & regular exercises happen to it; so the wings, talons, beaks, legs, necks, and all the other parts keep on moving fine and the eagle remains fit and ever strong.
Eagle has a very powerful vision and the ability to focus & act:

An eagle has a very powerful vision. It can choose its prey from a very distant place. After choosing the prey, it focuses with full concentration and goes ahead with full energy and speed.
Eagle is unstoppable unless it reaches the target:

When an eagle sets its target to catch its prey, it puts all its concentration and energy towards achieving that target. It is very aggressive in its approach and is unstoppable.
Whatever bigger or how strong the prey may be, whatever objections it may face on the way, the eagle will not stop nor get diverted, unless it meets its desired target.
There are tests of commitment and worthiness:

Before mating, the female eagle wants its male counterpart to prove its commitment and worthiness. The female one would go down and pick up a twig. With that twig, the female would go up to a big height. The male partner would follow her. Once the male partner reaches the same height, the female partner would throw the twig and observe what the male partner would do. The male eagle chases the twig, catches the same, and brings it back to the female partner. The female partner would throw the twig again & again and the male would catch and bring it back again & again. That process gets repeated for a long time, as long as the female one gets ready to mate with the male partner with proven worthiness and commitment.
Eagles are the practical parents:

Whenever an eaglet becomes ready with the grown wings, the mother eagle would carry it to a big height and would suddenly drop it in mid-air. Out of compulsion, the eaglet would try to fly and in that effort, would learn to flap the wings.
In case, the eaglet fails to fly in mid-air, at the initial attempts, the mother would carry that to the nest and would kick out from the nest. The mother would repeat this kicking out, a number of times. In the meantime, the mother would remove the soft top layer from the nest, so that the eaglet gets hurt from the exposed thorns of the nest and jumps out of pain, from the nest.
That way, the mother helps Eaglet to come out of the comfort zone. Through that process, the eaglets practically learn to fly.
Eagles believe in a stable relationship:

The eagle tends to maintain stable relations with its partner, year after year. They also like to use the same nest, again and again. The only thing they do is regular renovations of their nests. That way, they remain happy.
Eagle is a smart player:

While catching its prey flying high or while providing training to the eaglets, the eagle exhibits its smartness. The priority through which, it sets its goals to catch its prey and the way it achieves success in catching its prey, motivate us to go with the 80:20 rule.
Eagle takes care of the safety of its family:

Eagles make nests, not at locations easily accessible to the animals, but choose cliffs at a big height or tall trees.
The nest is started with a layer of thorns. Above the thorns, they put the twigs. On the twigs, they would again put thorns. Above the thorns, they would put soft grass and other soft materials.
At the periphery of a nest, they would put thorns. so that the outsiders can not easily attack. Whenever the female eagle lays eggs, on the soft bed of the nest, she would comfortably sit on those.
Eagle is exceptionally faster in actions:

At a young age, the eaglets get the tough training from the mother eagle to live with struggles. Through such training and the subsequent practice of catching fast-moving prey as well as in the process of fulfilling the passion of flying high, each eagle becomes the master in its domain.
The prey are generally fast movers. To catch the fast-moving prey, they have to move forward at faster speeds, than their prey.
Every Grip of an Eagle is Strong, so that the target, it catches, cannot be slipped away:

While catching prey, the eagle is extremely careful about the grip, so that the hard-earned target cannot get slipped out. The grips of the talons are very very strong and perfect.
Good food, regular hard practice while catching food, coupled with the frequent movements of the legs & the talons and full concentration make it possible for an eagle to keep every grip perfect.
Conclusion:
Let the exceptional qualities and stature of the eagle-like high vision, flying high attitude, smart & speedy actions, high level of perfection, high energy, hardworking nature, self-confidence, family commitment, patience, intelligence, interest for stability, strong determination to win and dynamism, inspire us all.
