The terms “bad” and “good” are significant here. As per the findings of the medical research that is going on globally, “good” bacteria and viruses are friendly to human beings. Because those viruses and bacteria fight with the ‘bad” ones to throw them out of our bodies. But miracles can’t happen in a single day. Of course, to win over the bad virus and bacteria, we may have to go with the strategy involving the following key points that help body’s internal immunity boosting:

“Good” bacteria and viruses are present in our body in abundance. Let’s try to keep those alive and strong. In fact, that can be done by providing them with a better environment in the gut.

We can do that by increasing dietary fiber and probiotic-rich foods in our daily diet, avoiding excessive antibiotics, maintaining adequate hydration, and limiting sugar and processed foods.

Different inner parts of our body, especially the digestion track, are covered with protective mucus layers. So, let’s be careful that those mucus layers remain intact.
