In the past, I had to make frequent official visits. Whoever I came across, whether at the airport or at the meetings, I tried to provide natural health tips. Of course, if someone seeks the same, And the results of providing such tips were really good. Because I would get acknowledgement calls or messages saying that they felt better than before after following the health tips. In the majority of cases, the subject of my tips was “clapping.” It’s a natural practice that you can do at any posture, at any time, for any duration. However, you may usually do it for 1 minute to 30 minutes, whenever you feel the urge to recharge your body.

In an event or in a meeting, whenever you want to praise or express your liking, you are already in the habit of clapping.

Can you extend the scope of that habit to the following situations as well?

* In the morning, while walking, do clapping simultaneously for 20 minutes.

*Before going to bed, do for around 5 minutes.

Suppose you are doing some work in a sitting or standing position. You have felt uneasy. Just make an easy, slow walk and do some clapping. Or, you can do it even in the sitting position.

You have taken some food. But if you feel uneasy, do some clapping.

What will you get by clapping?

The usual benefit that you get is that you can express your admiration for some show, performance, or action. E.g., you are hearing a powerful speech and want to express your admiration for the speaker.

But, as per various research studies, the main other benefits that you may get are:

* When you clap, the receptors or reflex points of your palms get stimulated. As those points are connected to the sensory fields of both sides of the brain, your brain gets activated. That, in turn, leads to the activation of the vital organs of the body.

Also, the blood vessels and associated nerves get stimulated during clapping. That improves the blood circulation in the body.

How to do?

To facilitate the stimulation of the majority of the aforesaid reflex points of the palms, we can try three main types of clapping:

  • Straight clapping, in which the fingers and the other portions of the left hand will strike those of the right hand.

  • Fingers Clapping, in which the tips of the fingers of the right hand will strike the middle portion of the left hand and vice versa.

  • Cross clapping, in which the left hand palm will strike the right hand palm in a cross way, perpendicular to each other.

Concluding Note:

As it does not need any preparation, let’s do clapping daily, in the morning and in the evening, and also whenever we get a chance (of course, without disturbing others) and get the health benefits.

Disclaimer: Clapping is not a substitute for standard medical treatments.
