You can see how children keep playing and acting, tension-free and enjoy time. As adults, you may not have so much spare time, like them, and also, you may not be able to kill time, that way; but, you can definitely spare at least one hour, in the whole week, doing childish play, to release your stresses naturally.
Let’s try to understand, why that is required.
Every week, you may go through work-related stress, small or large. You may be in different odd situations, get victimized, or find it difficult to manage monthly expenses and/or borrowings. Or, there may be so many cases not mentioned here. Due to some of those, mentioned above, you may accumulate stress or tension. Also, your brain may not have sufficient secretion of happy hormones, e.g., feel-good hormones.
It’s really harmful to the health of your body and mind if you allow stress to accumulate inside you. So, you need to find a definite way to release the stress on a regular basis before it’s too late.
What to do?
Going back to your childhood, at least for one hour every week, is an effective way. Let’s choose that one-hour time slot, preferably every weekend.

But, now the question is: How to utilize that one hour?
Well, you may have an exclusive room or hall, only for children’s plays, where you can throw anything without the fear of breaking your window glasses.
Or go to a very big open valley, along with all the playing stuff, where you can throw anything to the sky without hurting anybody’s head and where you can do anything you want: jumping, crawling, rolling, singing, reciting, shouting, dancing, and acting. Speak on any damn thing, in any damn style. Shout, shout, and shout. Scold someone utterly, with as many damn words as possible, and enjoy the echoes. Sing any song. Play multiple roles and act with your own damn script. The natural grass, the trees, the soil, and the rocks will be your audience.

Apparently, you may look like a mad person. But, let you look like that for one hour, every week. Because, within that one hour, you can really convert yourself from a dirty dustbin full of week-long waste & negative thoughts & emotions to a light & mighty house.
Disclaimer:
Such stress-releasing child acts are meant for your benefit but may not be part of or substitute for any standard treatment of depression. And also, it’s your top responsibility to take utmost care that due to such childish acts of one hour, there is no harm to other living beings, the environment, or any public or private property.
