Nature is filled with so much goodness. So, we can try to gain knowledge and discipline from her and adopt and follow her to get the best from her. Above all, the best approach will be to try to synchronize with Mother Nature.

Synchronize with Mother Nature to soothe your body and mind:

Let’s manage to spend some quality time every day with nature.

You may have a garden of health-friendly plants and grass in and around your house. And if you sit on the balcony or near your window and spend some time every day enjoying the natural views of the surroundings, then that may help calm both the body and mind. especially relaxing the eyes with the pleasant views, pleasing the ears with the natural sounds, and soothing the whole body with the natural breeze. Above all, you are getting your mind refreshed.

If it’s not convenient for you to look at the natural beauty from the window, from the balcony, or to make a garden near you, then at least you can look at the hard or soft photos or videos of nature’s grandeur as and when you can. That will also help calm your mind. And also, if it is not convenient for you to listen to the natural sound of nature, then listen to the recorded relevant audios or videos to have some soothing effects on your mind.

Synchronize with Mother Nature by doing meditation every morning:

Every morning, do meditation for some time, taking the green grass, wide blue sky, or big waves of the sea as the background in the mind. Because if you bring the natural background into your mind, the nature will make you relaxed and energized greatly. After all, this is a proven fact.

Divide work into slots to get nearness to nature:

Divide your work into suitable slots and fill up the gaps between every two slots to get as close to nature as possible. So, at the end of every slot, you may get the opportunity to halt for a few moments and enjoy nature’s beauty.

Flowers are so beautiful and pleasing! So, just enjoy from the heart the beauty of a variety of flowers without touching or plucking. Let’s stop the practice of ruthless flower plucking. But spare sufficient time to enjoy the beauty.

Let’s try to fill the surroundings with more and more greenery.

Let’s wholeheartedly enjoy the soothing music of nature, contributed by the twittering birds, the cool breeze, and the tree leaves.

Let’s have a natural sleep:

Due to work pressure and accumulated stresses, the majority of people cannot sleep well at night. So, the majority depend on sleeping medicines to get good sleep. But it’s better not to take sleeping medicine, tablets, or syrup to sleep well at night, as there are many side effects and we actually do not need those. It is better to be in meditative mode before sleeping to feel the sleeping music from nature or to listen to the sleeping music with the help of the audio system.

Discover in Nature:

Try to discover various standing, sitting, twisting, bending, inverted, and balancing postures in nature. You may be surprised to understand how natural the health postures are that we have been practicing. This may be a good exercise, as that helps to synchronize with Mother Nature.

Get yourself developed the natural way:

Let the brain develop in a natural way. Also, let the beauty of nature help release the happy chemicals in the brain.

We took birth naked, i.e., we took birth naturally. So, let’s wear clothes with more natural ingredients.

Also, there is work/academic pressure or digital overload. But let nature come to our rescue. In other words, to get relaxed, let’s take shelter in nature.

Also, let’s try for the natural cure from the mighty nature as far as possible.

For detoxification of the body and to regain natural health, we may take help from mud therapy, hydrotherapy, chromotherapy, air therapy, and space therapy, as far as possible, as the side effects are the least.

Let the natural detoxification take place in our body, as, by default, nature tends to detoxify its accumulated toxins. Also, let’s be extremely careful not to add more and more toxic chemicals and garbage to nature.

Let the rivers flow with clean water, and let there be abundant growth of trees at the banks of the rivers.

Keep the balance between the alkaline and the acidic foods.

Take fibrous, sprouted, natural rock salt, basil, coconut water, margosa, gooseberry, triphala, vegetable milk of soya, coconut, groundnut, etc. adequately, as those consist of so much goodness from nature. Above all, we need to try to always be away from foods that are highly processed.

Synchronize with Mother Nature by eyeing the Law of Nature:

Utilize the power of silence, just like the serenity of nature, because the best creativity can grow in such a state. Surely, it’s the most rewarding if we can synchronize with Mother Nature, keeping an eye on Nature’s law.
